A returning group is your best advertisement. Ziyara asks the pilgrims how the trip was, keeps the answers in one list and lets you show the ones you choose on a public page.
Ask for feedback
When a trip is over, open the group and use Request Feedback. There are two ways to ask:
- One shared link for the group — copy it or post it straight to WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or Facebook. The pilgrim types their name with the answer.
- A private link per pilgrim — each answer is tied to that pilgrim's record.
The pilgrim gives a rating, writes a comment if they wish and says whether it may be published.
Read and publish
Feedback lists every answer with its group, rating and comment.
- May be published shows whether the author agreed. An answer without that consent can never be published.
- Publish puts an answer on your reviews page; Remove from public page takes it back. You decide one by one.
- If a pilgrim answers again through their private link, the new answer waits for you to look at it before it is shown.
Your public pages
Under Agency Settings → Public Page you find the link to your agency page: one address that always lists the departures open for registration. Put it in your social profile or on your website instead of a new link for every group.
Switch on Show published reviews on the public page and visitors also see a reviews page with the answers you published. The rating shown there is the average of the published reviews only, so it always matches what a visitor can read.
